Happy New Year!
January is typically a month with little inventory in the MetroWest area and this year is no exception. Depending on town and price point, there are many buyers looking and not many homes to buy. It’s a great time to sell! The interest rates remain at excellent lows of just under 4% compared with this time last year when they were at 4.6%.
If you’ve been contemplating buying real estate for investment and/or are concerned with the stock market volatility, this may be the time to diversify and create a tax shelter. Please feel free to contact me for more information so we can discuss your real estate investment options. Also keep in mind that it doesn’t have to be a property here; it can be a property where you’d like to retire to or just a place you like to vacation. There are lots of choices and I'm happy to help!
